Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14  days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:

  • Online Purchases:
    • Log into your account and visit the "Order History" section.
    • Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions for generating a return label.
    • Pack the item securely, including the packing slip or order confirmation.
    • Drop off the package at a designated courier location.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
